Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP B1 to meet client needs.
• Conduct end-to-end SAP B1 implementation, including blueprinting, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and document their business processes.
• Recommend the best practices and process improvements using SAP B1 functionalities.
• Work with developers to design and implement customizations or add-ons.
• Perform functional testing to ensure the system aligns with client requirements.
• Deliver post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues.
• Assist in project planning, milestones, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Experience with integrating systems with SAP and knowledge on SAP service layer/integration framework and other SAP related products

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SAP system implementation, support, and customization.
•  Familiarity with core SAP modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production) is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP add-ons, SQL queries, and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with a collaborative approach.
• Problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Capability to document processes and assist in training end-users effectively.
