Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product owners, scrum masters, and diverse teams to gain comprehensive insights into business needs and contribute to refining product backlogs.
• Acting as a liaison between business units and the development team to ensure the harmonious integration of business objectives and technological solutions.
• Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, driving the team's progress and adapting to evolving project dynamics.
• Translating business requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Conducting data analysis and creating reports, charts, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Acting as the central role in creating robust test cases and scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with testing teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

Candidate Profile:

• Possessing a BSc. Degree from a recognized university/institute in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Having 2 years or more of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile IT projects within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficient in utilizing Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Certified as a ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification with an in-depth understanding of banking domain-specific systems, processes, and regulatory requirements will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Possessing good general, team, and business communication skills.
