Associate Project Manager/ Project Manager

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager/ Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage medium to large-scale projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure overall project delivery, including smooth resource planning and management across various projects in the assigned sub-portfolio.
  • Adhere to the project management (PM) methodology with standards for governance, documentation, and data.
  • Track progress towards project goals, providing regular status updates to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement project activities through resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination according to the project management plan.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and principals to address requirements, concerns, and expectations throughout project planning and execution.
  • Establish, maintain, and facilitate communication with all internal and external stakeholders in an effective and collaborative manner.
  • Identify, maintain, and provide mitigation/action plans for project risks and issues.
  • Evaluate and monitor schedules, budgets, and other project activities.
  • Stay updated on domain knowledge through available opportunities.
  • Provide insights to improve existing project management practices in the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, managing complex projects and programs.
  • Understand ethical behavior and business practices, ensuring consistency with organizational standards and values.
  • Speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate communication tools and techniques.
  • Innovate to improve organizational operations and create new opportunities.
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.
  • Assess situations to determine importance, urgency, and risks, making clear and timely decisions in the best interests of the organization.
  • Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
  • Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement action plans, and evaluate processes and results.
  • Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve problems.
