• Help design testing strategies and QA processes, and support the QA Lead across multiple teams and projects
• Plan and run functional, integration, regression, system and UAT testing
• Test ERP applications and enterprise solutions end to end, including business processes and system integrations
• Log, track and follow up defects with developers until they are resolved
• Report progress, risks and quality concerns to BAs, Product Owners and Project Managers
• Guide QA team members and find ways to make testing faster and better
   

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
• 4–6 years in Software QA/Testing, ideally in Agile teams, with hands-on exposure to ERP application testing (required)
• Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum and core testing types
• Experience writing test plans, cases and scripts and managing defects
• Sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to juggle priorities
   

Added advantage: Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing, Centric PLM, ERP/PLM integration testing, Azure DevOps/Jira, SQL and API testing
