Training & Development Intern

We are looking for a Training & Development Intern to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design and development of training materials & e-learning content
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Maintain LMS and track training completion & reports
  • Prepare dashboards and analyze training effectiveness
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
