Training & Development Intern
We are looking for a Training & Development Intern to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support design and development of training materials & e-learning content
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Maintain LMS and track training completion & reports
- Prepare dashboards and analyze training effectiveness
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
