Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-site product teams to define, refine, and document product requirements aligned with business goals.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for product and engineering teams.
• Partner with product and delivery leadership to perform R&D based on the product roadmap, benchmark against competitor solutions, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate requirement approvals and ensure clear communication of business, functional, and user expectations across all stakeholders, including engineering, QA, and leadership teams.
• Drive the resolution of open issues, support defect triaging, and ensure alignment between product expectations and delivered solutions.
• Bridge the gap between high-level product vision and delivery-level details, ensuring requirements are implementation-ready.
• Own the planning and execution of business analysis deliverables, ensuring timely completion with a strong focus on quality and business value.
• Manage functional test scenarios, support test execution, and conduct product demos and user training sessions as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Economics, or Finance; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in software engineering or technical quality engineering is advantageous.
• Experience working with software development methodologies, including Agile, RUP, and Waterfall models.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ACP are an added advantage.
• Ability to interface with on-site teams and function as the single point of contact for requirements.
• Passion for innovative product design and the ability to anticipate business trends.
• Excellent logical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with proven experience in writing user stories, use cases, and detailed software requirement specifications (SRS).
• Strong curiosity and the ability to quickly acquire domain, business process, system, and technical knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills, with the ability to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
• Familiarity with AWS-hosted environments (e.g., ECS, EC2, CloudWatch) for product monitoring and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Datadog for observability and incident investigation across mobile and web platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL using tools such as DBeaver or SQL Developer for data validation and analysis is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot to design and build innovative applications, is a plus.
• Exposure to web application development and Android app development, with a basic understanding of Java or Kotlin, is a plus for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
