Key Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing project work and take the lead on design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base. 
• Provide recommendations for the project as needed.
• Gather, build, test, and document requirements for integrations with Workday HCM.
• Provides support and troubleshooting for existing/new integrations between the Workday product and other systems (outside carriers, outside vendors, internal systems and Datawarehouse).
• HR related Workday support tickets via Service Now.
• Partner with customers to assess the scope of the request and determine estimated timeframe needed to complete.
• Innovate and introduce new products and services using Workday integration tools including, Workday Studio, EIB’s, Report Writer (BIRT), Core Connectors and Workday Extend.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud HCM or HRIS implementations.
• Previous coding experience using XML, XSLT, Web Services, JSON, JavaScript and Java.
• Proven ability to resolve complex XSLT logic issues.
• Experience with Workday Implementation would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business and technical teams to achieve common goals.
