Key Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and process flows
• Participate in requirement clarification sessions, workshops, and KT sessions
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and project managers to clarify requirements
• Assist in maintaining requirement traceability and change logs
• Support UAT preparation, test case reviews, and user walkthroughs
• Help analyze data, identify gaps, and propose process improvements
• Maintain clear and structured documentation for project visibility

Candidate Profile

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Analysis, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document requirements clearly and logically
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (JIRA / Azure DevOps knowledge is a plus)
• Basic understanding of web or software applications is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
