Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for telecommunications projects
• Create Version and Scope Documents (VRF) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs
• Act as liaison between business units, technical teams, and project management
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, and traceability matrices

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
• 1-2 years as a Business Analyst in telecommunications sector
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Demonstrated experience creating VRF and FRS documents
• Experience with telecom systems (billing, CRM, network operations, digital services)
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• MS Office Suite, Visio, or Lucidchart
• Basic SQL for data analysis
• Understanding of telecommunications systems and architecture
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe
• Experience with telecom systems
• Knowledge of telecom protocols (SS7, SIP, 4G/5G)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• CRM platform experience (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP)
