Trainee Project Manager
We are looking for a Trainee Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project activities under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Support in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Help prepare status reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 months internship experience in a related role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project (added advantage).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
