Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts using Apache JMeter.
• Execute load, stress, and endurance tests to evaluate system performance and stability.
• Analyze test results to identify and diagnose performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
• Monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, network utilization, etc.) during test execution.
• Document test results, findings, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Support functional QA activities when required.
• Maintain and update performance test environments and datasets.
• Contribute to defining and improving the performance testing strategy and best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Strong proficiency in Apache JMeter for designing and executing test scenarios.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Experience in analyzing performance metrics and system logs to identify issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
