Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical teams.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Prepare business cases, process flows, and impact assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements in financial solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in banking products such as loans, deposits, payments, digital banking, and core banking systems.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the Banking/Finance domain.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
• Experience with digital transformation projects in banking (e.g., mobile banking, online onboarding).
