Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Build quarterly digital growth plans aligned to revenue targets (MQL, SQL, SAL, CAC, ROI).
- Own paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and organic (SEO, email, social), from brief → launch → optimize.
- Plan and ship landing pages, case studies, blogs, LinkedIn posts, email nurtures, and webinars/events.
- Coordinate creatives (design/video) and ensure brand consistency across assets.
- Set channel KPIs; run A/B tests; report weekly/monthly on CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Manage budgets and continuously improve ROAS/ROI.
- Run our CRM/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot or similar): lead scoring, list hygiene, workflows, UTMs.
- Maintain tracking: GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversions; maintain dashboards.
- Partner with sales for lead handoff, SLAs, and feedback loops; support enablement assets (decks, one-pagers).
- Support webinars, partner campaigns (e.g., SAP), and industry events; pre/during/post campaign execution.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years in B2B digital marketing (SaaS/IT/ERP preferred) with proven lead-gen results.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO/GA4, email automation/CRM (HubSpot or similar).
- Strong copy and campaign storytelling for a technical audience.
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and A/B testing.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SAP/ERP or enterprise software/services.
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva/Adobe) and landing page builders.
- Familiarity with Sri Lanka + global B2B markets.
