Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology or software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Business Analyst to understand business requirements, prioritize tasks, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery timelines in alignment with Agile Scrum best practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and team alignment.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes in scope or schedule.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality and client expectations.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, QA, design, and DevOps teams for efficient and timely execution.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on associate project management experience, preferably on scope-driven engagements.
• Strong knowledge and application of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Development background or deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) or Agile-related certification.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and converting business needs into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with hybrid delivery models or working with offshore teams.
