Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PM solutions.
• Configure SAP PM modules, including Equipment Master, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Work Orders, Notifications, and Measurement Documents.
• Lead or support SAP PM implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants (MM, PP, QM, FI, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PM functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Manage system testing, integration testing, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP PM implementation.
• Familiarity with the SAP S/4HANA environment is a strong advantage.
• Integration experience with MM, PP, and QM modules.
• Proficiency in preparing functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within teams and with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Plant Maintenance.
• Exposure to mobility solutions such as SAP Work Manager or SAP Asset Manager.
• SAP PM certification is a plus.
