Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer requirements and map them onto the ERP system.
• Conduct gap analyses between client requirements and the existing ERP platform; prepare Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Identify and propose industry best practices to improve client business processes (process re-engineering).
• Configure and test the ERP platform according to client specifications, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct user training sessions and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create wireframes and document detailed technical and functional requirements.

Candidate Profile

• A professional qualification in Finance such as CIMA, CMA, ACCA, CA, or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance, Operations, or System Implementations.
• Experience working with an ERP system as a user or system administrator will be an added advantage.
