Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Product Managers, addressing business challenges.
• Collaborate to gather, document, and prioritize requirements; convert them into user stories.
• Communicate requirements clearly to Engineering during implementation.
• Support strategic planning activities such as roadmap and release planning.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum rituals to help drive product objectives.
• Contribute to acceptance testing, training, and product implementation to meet business expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in development or quality engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMI-PBA, CCBA) are a plus.
