We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP and digital transformation space.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing connections.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and promote suitable ERP solutions.
Present and demonstrate company solutions to prospective clients in a compelling and consultative manner.
Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that address customer pain points.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals – with a focus on long-term client engagement.
Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services to offer accurate and insightful advice to customers.
Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to the management team.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and how ERP solutions fit into the broader IT landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong personal network and industry connections are highly desirable.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with SMEs and large enterprises.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting platforms.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand client needs and map them effectively to technical solutions.
