Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP and digital transformation space.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing connections.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and promote suitable ERP solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate company solutions to prospective clients in a compelling and consultative manner.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that address customer pain points.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals – with a focus on long-term client engagement.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services to offer accurate and insightful advice to customers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to the management team.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and how ERP solutions fit into the broader IT landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong personal network and industry connections are highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with SMEs and large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and map them effectively to technical solutions.
