Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and configure SAP B1 to meet client needs.
• Lead full SAP B1 implementations, including blueprinting, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and document business processes.
• Recommend best practices and improvements using SAP B1.
• Work with developers on customizations and perform functional testing.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support.
• Assist in project planning and ensure timely delivery.
• Experience with SAP system integrations and knowledge of SAP service layer/integration framework.
• Understanding of server architecture and cloud configurations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP consulting or a related field (preferred).
• Understanding of SAP system implementation, support, and customization.
• Familiarity with core SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production).
• Exposure to SAP add-ons, SQL queries, and reporting tools like Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with a collaborative approach.
• Problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to document processes and assist in user training effectively.
