We are looking for an Intern - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Participate in the development of recruitment strategies and market research.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or PQHRM or similar HR qualifications.
- A strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and accurate work.
- A desire to grow and gain practical experience in the recruitment field.
- A proactive and motivated mindset to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
