Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with business units to develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Design and implement Learning & Development initiatives to support employee growth.
• Support HR operations, including employee engagement, performance management, and policy execution.
• Facilitate training programs and career development aligned with business goals.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and L&D programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive HR initiatives.
