Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP B1 to meet client needs.
• Conduct end-to-end SAP B1 implementation, including blueprinting, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and document their business processes.
• Recommend best practices and process improvements using SAP B1 functionalities.
• Work with developers to design and implement customizations or add-ons.
• Perform functional testing to ensure the system aligns with client requirements.
• Provide user training on SAP B1 modules and functionalities.
• Deliver post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues.
• Assist in project planning, milestones, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP consulting or a related field is an added advantage (internships or project-based experience in SAP are also beneficial).
• Basic understanding of SAP system implementation, support, and customization.
• Familiarity with core SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production).
• Exposure to SAP add-ons, SQL queries, and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with a collaborative approach.
• Problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Capability to document processes and assist in training end-users effectively.
• Experience with integrating systems with SAP, and knowledge of the SAP Service Layer/Integration Framework and other SAP-related products.
• Knowledge of server architecture and cloud configurations.
