Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP B1 server and application installations, upgrades, and configurations.
• Conduct regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP B1 servers and databases.
• Provide proactive and reactive technical support for SAP Business One to ensure system reliability.
• Analyze and optimize server performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Assist in integrating SAP B1 with third-party systems or applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, and support logs.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and end-users to resolve technical challenges.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in SAP Business One technical roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP B1 server installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server environments.
• Experience in integrating add-ons and third-party tools with SAP B1.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
