Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and create clear, accurate Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Provide SAP solutions to address client requirements and develop solution blueprints.
• Implement SAP Business One and associated solutions effectively.
• Train end users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
• Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Manage customer engagements, ensuring client requirements are addressed efficiently.
• Identify both current and emerging client needs to align them with SAP solutions.
• Stay updated on business best practices and SAP functional knowledge.
• Engage in self-study to stay current with SAP Business One ERP and associated solutions.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices in accounting and other business functions.

Candidate Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5  years of experience in ERP implementation is a key advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Finance, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Production, or Audit functions is required.
• Sound knowledge of accounting practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
