Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain API documentation for SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Support API integration for seamless data flow and connectivity.
  • Work with development teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Facilitate solution design sessions and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and developers.
  • Validate technical solutions and identify any gaps.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams for effective communication and alignment.
  • Provide stakeholders with timely updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Recommend enhancements to tools, processes, and systems to boost efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role.
  • Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs, including documentation and integration support.
  • Strong API documentation skills.
  • Experience in the telecommunication CRM/Billing domain (preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in analyzing business processes and identifying technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
