Technical Business Analyst
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain API documentation for SOAP/REST APIs.
- Support API integration for seamless data flow and connectivity.
- Work with development teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate solution design sessions and ensure technical feasibility.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and developers.
- Validate technical solutions and identify any gaps.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams for effective communication and alignment.
- Provide stakeholders with timely updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Recommend enhancements to tools, processes, and systems to boost efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role.
- Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs, including documentation and integration support.
- Strong API documentation skills.
- Experience in the telecommunication CRM/Billing domain (preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
- Expertise in analyzing business processes and identifying technical solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
