Senior HR Executive – HR Operations
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive – HR Operations to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance review processes, set clear metrics, and work with managers on appraisals and improvement plans.
- Oversee training programs, identify skill gaps, and manage employee learning initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR processes, maintain records, manage HRIS, and assist with compensation and benefits administration.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with 2-3 years in performance management, L&D, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance management, and training best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and LMS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform HR decision-making and improve processes.
