Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of RELEX Solutions, including system configuration, data integration, and customization to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements, ensuring that RELEX tools align with business needs and technical environments.
• Ensure smooth integration of RELEX Solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Manage API connections, data mapping, and synchronization between RELEX and client systems.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support system setup and configuration.
• Analyze large datasets to ensure accurate forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management within RELEX.
• Provide technical support during and after deployment, addressing system issues, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct training sessions for client IT and operations teams on using RELEX effectively.
• Collaborate with client supply chain and operations teams to optimize forecasting, replenishment, and inventory processes using RELEX Solutions.
• Continuously monitor system performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing supply chain software solutions.
• Experience with RELEX Solutions or similar supply chain software is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in system integration and API management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Flexibility to work during client implementation and support phases.
• Collaborative and client-focused, with a commitment to working closely with cross-functional teams.
