Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Provide expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and contribute to the design and implementation of LMS solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior business analysts in best practices and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business analysis and LMS technologies.
- Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior role within the insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, products, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in playing Scrum Master role is a plus.
