Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Provide expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and contribute to the design and implementation of LMS solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior business analysts in best practices and methodologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business analysis and LMS technologies.
  • Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior role within the insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, products, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in playing Scrum Master role is a plus.
