Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze and optimize their supply chain and retail planning processes.
• Map processes to align RELEX Solutions with client needs and business objectives.
• Configure and customize RELEX Solutions for forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design efficient supply chain solutions that leverage RELEX's capabilities.
• Provide training and support for smooth system adoption.
• Assist clients with change management and operational adjustments.
• Monitor system performance post-implementation for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to meet both functional and technical requirements.
• Work with stakeholders across operations, sales, and IT for effective implementation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, retail planning, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with RELEX Solutions or other demand forecasting, inventory management, or retail planning systems.
• Strong business process analysis skills and SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Flexibility to work during client implementation and support phases.
• Collaborative, client-focused environment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
