Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, management, and team members to communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and project coordination.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the Project Manager in identifying and resolving project risks and issues.
  • Monitor project performance and progress using tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
  • Ensure project documentation is updated and accurate, including meeting minutes, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
  • Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scrum Master certification or other project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
