HR Assistant
We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and managing the return of company property.
- Update and maintain HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes within the company.
- Help track and manage employee performance data, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining employee profile formats.
- Draft and prepare employee service letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related appointments.
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ months of experience in HR operations within the IT industry.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in an IT-related company is required.
