HR Assistant

We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and managing the return of company property.
  • Update and maintain HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.
  • Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes within the company.
  • Help track and manage employee performance data, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining employee profile formats.
  • Draft and prepare employee service letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related appointments.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ months of experience in HR operations within the IT industry.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in an IT-related company is required.
