We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities under the guidance of the project manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Support project documentation and reporting efforts, including project plans, status updates, and meeting minutes.
Help track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and escalate any issues or risks as needed.
Assist in conducting meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project updates and gather feedback.
Participate in project quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices within the organization.
Candidate Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Coordination.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork.
Maintains a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work deliverables.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
Shows eagerness to learn and develop new skills in project management and related areas.
Prior experience or coursework in project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
