Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and propose solutions to enhance business processes and systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Participate in QA triage to resolve issues/defects and identify root causes.
• Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking and financial services industry.
• Experience in the banking domain is mandatory.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Experience with database management and reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, PMP, or IIBA, are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of banking operations, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with mobile banking and payment services.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
