Key Responsibilities

• Understand the needs and facilitate negotiation of requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional specifications and document all business and system requirements using elicitation and analysis techniques.
• Conduct user presentations, user training, and product walk-through sessions.
• Liaise with the QA team to review and validate produced functionality to ensure it meets customer and business requirements.
• Maintain project/product-related documentation and versioning.
• Manage requirements, change requests, and take ownership accordingly.
• Develop and maintain process maps to document and optimize business processes.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven client-facing experience in a global setting.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the apparel/textile/manufacturing domain would be an added advantage.
