Business Analyst Lead

We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching and mentorship for professional development and project contributions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, identify pain points, and define business process improvements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support project justification and decision-making.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's business processes, objectives, and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK Guide), business process modeling (BPMN), and data analysis techniques.
  • Identify and implement strategies to continuously improve the business analysis function within the organization.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and articulate business needs to technical teams.
  • Manage risks and dependencies associated with IT projects, developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a proven track record of successfully leading projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK Guide) and best practices in business analysis methodologies.
  • Experience in eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, with effective scope, timeline, and resource management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN) and data analysis techniques preferred; experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
