Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead daily/weekly team meetings to review progress, address issues, and make decisions.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project changes and ensure that scope, schedule, and budget are maintained.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including the use of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Familiarity with banking and financial systems and processes.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
