Key Responsibilities

• Implement and customize SAP Enable Now solutions to meet client requirements.
• Develop simulations, e-learning modules, and in-application guidance using SAP Enable Now Producer.
• Integrate SAP Enable Now with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Configure and administer SAP Enable Now components including Producer, Manager, and Web Assistant.
• Set up user roles and authorizations within SAP Enable Now.
• Define templates and standards for content creation and delivery.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP Enable Now functionalities.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of SAP Enable Now solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Enable Now configuration and usage.
• Ensure documentation of processes and best practices for SAP Enable Now implementation and maintenance.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP Enable Now implementation and administration.
• Proficiency in SAP Enable Now Producer, Manager, and Web Assistant.
• Experience creating simulations, e-learning modules, and in-application guidance.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) integration.
• Ability to customize and configure SAP Enable Now components to meet business needs.
• Strong administration skills in setting up user roles and authorizations.
• Knowledge of content creation templates and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
