• Manage configuration of Goal Plan and Performance templates
• Manage configuration of Development Goal Plan templates
• Manage configuration of Continuous Performance Management Settings
• Manage configuration of Route Maps
• Manage configuration of Rating Scales
• Manage configuration of Calibration settings
• Manage configuration of Home Page settings
• Manage configuration of 360 feedback templates
• Manage global role-based permissions configuration for PM / GM
• Develop custom reports and data extracts for PM / GM

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Performance Management modules
• Prefer candidates certified in SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM
• Good understanding of various Performance Management and Learning Management processes
• Knowledge and experience with SAP HCM on-premises modules
• Demonstrable expertise in implementing, integrating, and effectively using LMS & PMGM at an enterprise level
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills; adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly
• Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong presentation skills, with a consultative mindset and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and understandably
• Builds strong relationships across all levels of organizations; actively promotes company culture and values
• Positive, high-energy attitude, independent, and takes ownership of tasks from initiation to completion
• Demonstrated track record of proactive and creative problem-solving
