Program Manager
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale programmes and multiple interrelated projects.
- Define programme scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing-based clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate programme status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Coordinate and manage resources across projects to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify resource requirements and work with department heads to allocate appropriate resources.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in programme management.
- Proven experience in service-based industries and handling manufacturing-based clients.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
- Other relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are a plus.
