Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into clear, accurate SRS.
• Design and develop solution blueprints aligned with client requirements using SAP Business One functionalities.
• Implement SAP Business One and integrate any associated solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive training to client users.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure smooth operation and user adoption.
• Build strong client relationships by actively managing engagements and understanding evolving needs.
• Identify both current and emerging client requirements.
• Manage requirements to match SAP solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of SAP Business One functionalities and best practices through ongoing self-study.
• Stay current with industry best practices in accounting and other business functions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects.
• 2+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, or Production.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
