Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) module, specifically within the Fashion Suite environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Configure, customize, and implement SAP FICO modules to meet the business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Financial Reporting.
• Perform gap analysis, design solution approaches, and recommend enhancements or customizations to optimize SAP S/4 HANA FICO functionalities for Fashion Suite.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation and smooth transition to production.
• Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation phases, addressing any issues or inquiries related to SAP FICO modules.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, to integrate SAP S/4 HANA FICO with other business systems and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA releases, features, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while effectively managing project risks and escalations.

Candidate Profile

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant, with a focus on end-to-end implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects.
• Experience specifically within the Fashion Suite environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant SAP certifications in Finance and Controlling modules are a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel as required for project assignments.
