Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and management to provide timely updates on risks, dependencies, and project status.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Conduct daily Scrum standups, product backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Provide leadership and coach the team to improve productivity.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field of study.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management and Agile environments.
• Scrum and Project Management-related certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Projects, or Trello.
• Experience in a Product environment is a definite advantage.
• Should have experience in SAP implementation.
