Key Responsibilities:

• Support line management in granting secure user access in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in local Identity and Access Management (IAM) by providing an overview of requirements and conducting deep dives into each requirement.
• Develop a Business Role Taxonomy.
• Collaborate in creating, maintaining, and utilizing the IAM Model in the Line of Business/Region, aligning with line management's needs and working with OE Org. Management for instantiation of IAM Domains and Business Roles.
• Implement Business Role-based, technology-agnostic access management with Segregation of Duty checks.
• Maintain Business Roles, including relevant meta-information for controls.
• Engage with Service Owners during periodic reviews and when establishing new processes.
• Ensure Joiner/Mover/Leaver IAM processes are executed within required timelines.
• Act as the primary single point of contact for all stakeholders on IAM-related topics.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Identity and Access Management or related areas.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Candidates with experience in the insurance and finance domain are preferred.
