Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and assessment of identity and access risks.
• Deliver the overall Identity and Access Management framework, ensuring that the model continues to meet enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Lead the framework for identifying and assessing identity and access risks that may impact the organization.
• Develop and maintain Cyber Security, Protection & Resilience dashboards for internal, management, and board reporting.
• Collaborate with the Global Cyber Security community, liaise effectively with IT and security operations teams.
• Act as a single point of contact for project managers, sponsors, entities, internal and external teams, and suppliers.
• Interpret a range of data, extract meaningful insights, identify patterns, trends, and links that inform judgments and solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in identity governance or identity & access management role for a complex, matrixed organization, or consulting in the financial services industry.
• Experience with IAM and PAM products.
• Working knowledge and understanding of OneID and ForgeRock is ideal.
• Hands-on experience in identity governance or identity & access management.
• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA SCF, TOGAF, and CCSP are desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge in insurance and finance domain is a plus.
