KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the development and execution of automated test cases using Selenium and other automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation needs
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Analyze test results and report defects, errors, and issues to development teams
• Ensure test coverage meets project requirements and design specifications • Continuously improve and optimize automation frameworks and processes • Provide guidance and support to QA analysts and other team members • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • 3+ years of experience in Selenium automation testing
• Strong experience in test automation frameworks, such as TestNG or JUnit
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
