KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Elicit and comprehensively document business and/or systems requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Communicate with the Product Development Team to confirm user stories and acceptance criteria for completeness.
• Serve as a liaison between the business and IT, gathering requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
• Identify the business context of requirements and liaise with the engineering team to ensure accurate alignment during implementation.
• Own the entire requirement management process, including requirements elicitation, prototype development, reviews, and documentation.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams by studying system capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements and provide guidance to testers during the QA process.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification. • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience with strong analytical skills in business analysis. • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and generating related documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate collaborative sessions.
• Experience working with enterprise-level solution development with foreign clients (USA). • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Jira.
• Prior experience in Scrum/Agile practices to drive teams to achieve project and product objectives.
