Associate Executive - IT Support
We are looking for Associate Executive - IT Support to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Software Support:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- End-User Support:
- Provide technical assistance to end-users via in-person interactions or remote support tools.
- Assist employees with IT-related issues, including login problems, software glitches, and hardware malfunctions.
- Asset Management:
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Maintain a track on changes to IT assets and perform periodic audits.
- Problem-Solving:
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- New Technology Evaluation:
- Evaluate and test new technology solutions for compatibility and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback on the adoption of new technology within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 Year proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network and server configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
