Associate Executive - IT Support

We are looking for Associate Executive - IT Support to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware and Software Support:
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • End-User Support:
    • Provide technical assistance to end-users via in-person interactions or remote support tools.
    • Assist employees with IT-related issues, including login problems, software glitches, and hardware malfunctions.
  • Asset Management:
    • Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
    • Maintain a track on changes to IT assets and perform periodic audits.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • New Technology Evaluation:
    • Evaluate and test new technology solutions for compatibility and effectiveness.
    • Provide feedback on the adoption of new technology within the organization.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 Year proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network and server configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
