Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics AX (MS AX) ERP operations, support, and enhancement activities.
2. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional teams.
3. Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
4. Ensure system stability, performance, and availability of ERP applications.
5. Drive ERP-related projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
6. Monitor and resolve ERP incidents, defects, and user issues within agreed SLAs.
7. Conduct impact analysis and recommend system/process improvements.
8. Manage ERP change requests, release planning, and deployment activities.
9. Support integration between MS AX and other enterprise applications.
10. Prepare functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
11. Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
12. Collaborate with management to align ERP initiatives with business objectives.
13. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and security practices.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum [5+] years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX / ERP systems.

10. Experience in ERP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

1. Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2009 / AX 2012 preferred)
2. ERP functional and process knowledge

7. Documentation and process mapping

1. Experience in the apparel, garment manufacturing, or retail industry.
2. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

5. Project management or ERP certifications.
