• Solution Design and Technical-Functional Leadership
• Independently lead requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design for complex Acumatica implementations.
• Recommend scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements, industry best practices, and Acumatica capabilities.
• Evaluate customization requirements against standard functionality and recommend the most appropriate solution.
• Review functional specifications, customization designs, integration approaches, and implementation deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identify implementation risks, technical limitations, dependencies, and potential impacts before they affect project delivery.
• Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical issues in collaboration with development, infrastructure, and client teams.
• Client and Implementation Leadership
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Independently facilitate complex requirements workshops and communicate solution recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities, clarify requirements, and resolve disagreements regarding proposed solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA engineers, and functional consultants to ensure implementation milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Support effort estimation, implementation planning, scope assessment, and change request evaluation.
• Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing
• Provide technical and functional guidance to junior consultants and implementation team members.
• Review work products, identify knowledge gaps, and support the development of team capabilities.
• Maintain reusable implementation documentation, solution patterns, configuration guidelines, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and consulting practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP.
• Demonstrated experience independently delivering significant implementation work across at least two relevant industry verticals.
• Strong functional knowledge of the applicable Acumatica editions and associated business processes.
• Proven ability to conduct requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Acumatica configuration, Generic Inquiries, reporting, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to assess customization and integration requirements and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience managing client workshops, stakeholder expectations, and complex requirement discussions.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant Acumatica certifications are highly desirable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience across three or more industry verticals.
• Hands-on customization and integration development using C#, .NET, the Acumatica Framework, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience mentoring consultants or reviewing technical and functional deliverables.
• Experience in an ERP consulting firm or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment.
• Exposure to project management, manufacturing planning, construction accounting, warehouse management, or retail integration systems.
• Additional relevant professional certifications.
