- 4–6 years of experience in Java Backend Development
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot & REST APIs
- Experience with Enterprise CRM Platforms & System Integrations
- Knowledge of API Development, Integration Patterns & Distributed Systems
- Experience supporting CRM Upgrades & Modernization Projects
- Familiarity with AWS, Camunda & Cloud-native Applications
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Software Architecture
